With Velley Medical My Chart you have your health care at your fingertips. This means that you can communicate with your doctor, access your lab test results or make an appointment to see your physician from your home computer or even your internet accessible mobile device with the MyChart mobile application.

Logging Into Your MyChartConlfuenceHealth Account 
If you would like to connect to your account, simply enter your own personal My Confluence Health Chart User ID and Password to log in. IF you have forgotten your username or password, you can use either of the two links available to help you restore or recover this information. Just choose whichever link corresponds to your current situation, meaning the piece of information that you need to retrieve.
If you are new and would like to create an account because you do not have one, you can use the “Sign Up Now” button in order to get started with the sign-up process. This button will redirect you to a new page that will ask you fill in some personal information. This information includes:
- Your date of birth
- Your Zipcode
- Wenatatchee Valley Clinic MyChart Activation Code
The activation code will have appeared on your enrollment letter. If you do not yet have an activation code, you can request one using the “Request Online” button. This is a necessary part of the sign up process.
After you create your account or log in, you will be able to:
