Communicate with your doctor and personal health care team directly by signing in on mychart.rush.edu. This is not the only thing that you can do by logging in. Logging in gives you other privileges such as refilling your prescriptions. If you are a patient of a Rush health-care facility, you can surely benefit by creating an account if you do not already have one.

Communicating with your personal healthcare physician or healthcare team and refilling presciptions are not the only benefits of creating an account or logging into Rush My Chart. You can also complete the following by logging in.
- Get fast, accurate answers to your medical questions or concerns
- Manage all of your doctors or health appointments whether past, present or future. You can even view the details of your visits that are coming up soon.
- Access your health test results. You no longer have to wait weeks to receive a phone call or letter, rather, you can access your test results sometimes within days of having the test done!

If you are an existing member that already has an active account with a username and password, you can log in using this login information to access all of the health care services offered to you.
If you happen to be a new My Chart Rush user, you can use the Sign Up Now button to get started with the registration process of creating a brand new account. This will redirect you to the “Please Identify Yourself” page. You will need the activation code that appears on your enrollment letter in order to create your account. After this you will no longer need this code. You will also be asked to provide your date of birth and zip code using the format that is asked for. If you do not have an activation code you can make a request for one on this page as well.
