By logging in on My Chart Martin Health you will be able to access a number of different health care features online, wherever you are, such as at home or on-the-go by using the My Chart Mobile App. The different health care features available include, messaging your physician and managing your doctors appointments.
Martin Health System is the only not-for-profit hospital in the counties of St. Lucie and Martin. The organization itself is based in Stuart, Fla. It is made up of three different hospitals, a MediCenter, an emergency center, as well as a number of outpatient centers and clinics that are available for any patients of Martin Memorial Health Systems. A large part of Martin’s efforts into improving the treatments available that their facilities is the clinical research that they do. This research is affiliated with the Mofitt Cancer Center. Logging onto your My Martin Chart
If you would like to log into your Martin MyChart account, all you have to do is enter your login details, such as your User ID and Password, in the appropriate boxes on mychart.martinhealth. If you do not have your account set up yet and would like to begin the process of setting up your account, you can use the “Sign Up Now” button in order to do this. Make sure that you have your activation code handy before you begin this process as you will be needing it.
Why go through the process of creating your account? Well, by accessing your account you will be able to:
- Manage all of your appointments and organize them on a calender
- Communicate with your doctor via the MyChart messaging feature (Note: this feature should never be used in regards to urgent or emergency medical situations. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911)
- Get your prescription medications refilled
- Access your lab test results within days of having the test done
