Create your health management account today on mychart.lakelandhealth.org. By creating a My Chart Lakeland Health Account you will be able to check a high-level synopsis of your personal medical chart. This is a great convenience not offered by every program.
With mychart.lakelandhealth you will also be able to access the exclusive feature of communicating with your physician or health care team. This benefit is offered through the e-messaging feature of MyChart.
Any qualifying patient of Southwestern Medical Clinics and the Stagg Medical Center are able to consult their physician with their Lakeland MyChart account. You can also make an “e-visit” if you are have low-intensity situation such as pain in the back, redness of eyes, coughing, heartburn or situations similar to these.
More About E-Visits With MyChart 
After initiating an e-visit, you will need to fill out and complete a questionnaire about your symptoms, then submit it and wait for a response. The average time for a response is less than a business day. The response that you will receive will include a physician’s assessment of your conditions, suggestments for treatment options, and a prescription to your pharmacy of choice, if needed. Keep in mind that providers that utilize e-visits will charge a $35.00 out-of-pocket fee per visit.
To get even more on-the-go convenience, you can download the MyChart mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store according to your mobile device. The two download shortcut buttons are located on the MyChart page of lakelandhealth.org. You can also simply search for the app in either of the app stores by typing in “MyChart Mobile”.
