My Chart Reading is available to any patient of RHS if you have already created your account or if you have an activation code that is available to activate. You can certainly use the activation code provided on your visit summary sheet if you are or recently have been a patient at one of the following health centers:
- McGlinn Cancer Institute
- Miller Regional Heart Center
- Emergency Services
- Level II Trauma Center
- Beginnings Maternity Center
