Sign in with your MyChart details to access a variety of different health features available for MultiCare patients like you on www.mychart.multicare.org. Multicare is a health care of organization with more than 9,000 employees and an advanced network or different services throughout different counties in Tacoma. MultiCare is currently comprised of five hospitals, several outpatient specialty centers, primary care clinics, urgent care clinics, and a selection of other services and programs.
Patients of MultiCare are connected to advanced care, commitment and investment in technology. Part of all of this is Multicare My Chart, found on mychart.multicare.org. Each qualifying patient will be offered the option of creating a MyChart account, which will help the patient remain up to date and organized about their health information and needs.

It is of the utmost importance that you health care information is available for you to access at any time whatsoever, as you never know when the need may arise for you to have it in-hand. By using My Chart MulitCare you can perform a variety of tasks:
- You can find a physician by searching by name, keyword, or category
- Print out a MultiCare questionnaire that you will need to bring to your doctor’s visit
- Manage all of your doctors appointments, past, present and future
- Pay your bill statements online and view your bill statements
If you would like to, you can download the MyChart mobile app by using the two buttons availeble on the home login page. These buttons will help you be guided to the Apple App store if you have an Apple device or the Google Play store if you have an Android device.
You can log into your account by providing your personal Multi Care My Chart account information. You can do this if you already have an account set up. If you do not have an accoutn set up yet, you will need an activation code in order to do this. The activation code will have been provided on the visit summary of your most recent doctor’s visit. Find this code and use the “Sgin In” button for new users on the home sign in page.
