About your MyChartJPS account 
This account is a part of the MyChart Epic Systems Corporations. If you already have your personal JPS MyChart account set up, you simply have to enter your username and password into the appropriate fill-in fields on the home login page. If you happen to forget your username or password you can use the “Forgot MyChart Username?” Or “Forgot Password?” Links to get some help.
If you are a new user and would like to get started with the account-creating process, you can use the Sign Up Now button in order to do this. You will need to make sure that you have your activation code on hand when you start the registration process because it is the first thing that you are asked to provide in addition to your date of birth and zip code.
Once you log on you can:
