This page will allow you to use your unique username and password to access portions of your health information, test results, and medical history along with other important and convenient features. This information will be available for you whenever you need it. That means 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
By using your MyChart account you will be able to schedule non-urgent appointments, cancel appoints if necessary and more. If you are a patient of Bronson Health you can use your MyChart account at any time.
How to register for a Bronson MyChart account 
If you are a patient of Bronson health and would like to create a MyChart Bronson Health account for you to use on the go or from your home computer you can do so by using the “Sign Up Now” button. Hitting this button will redirect you to a new page that will ask you to provide some basic information that is critical to the registration process and the verification of your identity. This information includes an activation code that you would have received from your doctor or that you can request online at any time.
