Log into your health management account with the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics through mychart.uihealthcare.org. Once you have created an account and logged in you will be able to talk to a health care provider using your computer’s webcam whenever convenient for you. This will provide you with expert level care at any time and at any place. Keep in mind, though, that this feature is to be used only for minor conditions. If you have an urgent medical matter that needs attention, please contact your physician’s office or call 911 for assistance.

As an extra way to serve their patients the University has developed the previously mentioned web-cam program called UIeCare. UIeCare is available whenever you need. You can access it using your home or laptop computer, tablet, or even your smartphone for on-the-go convenience.
Logging into Your UIHCMyChart Account
If you are a recent or current patient of UI that has already set up their MyChart UI account, you can log into that account using the login page. All you will need to do is enter your MyChart ID and Password into the proper fields and you will be able to access your account. Keep in mind while typing that your MyChart ID is not case sensitive, but your MyChart Password is. There are two links that have been provided in case you forget your user ID or password. Activating either of these links will get you started on the path to recovering the information that you need.
If you are a new user of University of Iowa HealthCare MyChart you can use the “Sign Up Now” button to get started with the enrollment process. Keep in mind that you will be required to enter your UIHealthCare MyChart Access Code in order to properly register.
