Access portions of your medical records online with a secure connection through mychart.utsouthwestern.edu. By creating a My Chart Southwestern account you will be able to manage your health with ease from the comfort of your own home or even on the go with the MyChart Mobile App. It is a very secure electronic portal that will allow you to send and receive secure, non urgent messages to and from your health care team. Keep in mind, however that use of this feature is not for any sort of urgent medical situation. If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency you will need to dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for help.
MyChart UTSouthwestern has been made available for patients of UT Southwestern Medical Center. Their mission involves improving health care in the community as well as Texas and even the entire nation and even the world through medical innovation and education. They also aim to lead in educating the next generation of leaders in patient care, biomed science, as well as disease prevention. If you are a patient of Southwestern Medical and would like to use your MyChart account you can do so by logging in.

You will be instantly able to access a variety of health care management features when you access your MyChart SW MC account. These benefits include:
